Where are we tracking against the Rapture and the Tribulation according to the prophetic timeline in the Bible? The Beginning of Sorrows. That's where we are.
3 As he sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?” 4 And Jesus answered them, “See that no one leads you astray. 5 For many will come in my name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and they will lead many astray. 6 And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not alarmed, for this must take place, but the end is not yet. 7 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are but the beginning of the birth pains. The COVID-19 virus has prompted governments around the work to lock down much of their countries. People are staying home and economies are limited to "essential" businesses only. Most people are saying to their family and friends "I can't wait for life to get back to normal." But is that realistic? Let's consider it for a moment.
Even if we were NOT entering the End-Times, life will never go back to the way it was before. Major events change the world. Life was not the same after September 11, 2001, as it was before the terrorist attacks. Similarly, life before World War 2 was dramatically different than life after World War 2. The patterns of life are and will continue to change. Before COVID-19, about 25% of the U.S. workforce worked from home. During the lockdown, the number of people working from home is 50%+. How many of those people who didn't work from home previously will go back to working in an office? I'm not sure, but I'm confident saying it won't be everyone. This change would have a ripple effect on many areas of the economy. COVID-19 is a major, worldwide event. We all need to expect dramatic change and learn to deal with it.
Let me assume you are looking for information and opinions about Heaven, the End-Time, and how the current events are converging to enable the future, tribulation events prophesied in the Bible. You are not here to discuss the secular economy. Therefore, I'll stick to the Heavenly Perspective from here on out. I'll summarize where we are by saying this. If you ever wondered what Heaven will be like, now is the time to do some reading. It's getting close!
Rapture and Tribulation Predecessors Happening Today
As I look at what's happening around the world related to COVID-19 I see many events occurring that seem to line up extremely well with Bible prophecy. Consider this from Luke 21 where Jesus is speaking about End-Times.
10 Then he said to them, “Nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom. 11 There will be great earthquakes and in various places famines and pestilences. And there will be terrors and great signs from heaven. Luke 21:10-11 ESV (emphasis added)
The Greek word for pestilences is "loimos", which is used only twice in the Bible, once to refer to plague and once to refer to a persistent fellow. There many earthquakes around the world right now and there's likely a pending famine in Africa and the Middle East as swarms of locusts are eating everything in their path. That's all in addition to the COVID-19 virus that is causing unprecedented quarantines and lockdowns of the world. Could this pandemic be part of the times Jesus was referring to here? If not, I sure don't want to be around when its worse than this. While it seems like we have been living through the "birth pains" for a few years, nobody will reject the idea that the contractions have dramatically increased in 2020. That's why I'm fairly confident we are currently at the Beginning of Sorrows.
Is it a Pandemic or a Plannedemic?
We know that during the Tribulation, a One World Government (OWG) will be formed. What are the chances of countries around the world agreeing to surrender their sovereignty to a newly formed (or evolved from the UN) OWG? Before 2020, not a snowballs chance in hades. Now, since so much of the world is in quarantine? A slightly better chance, but still not gonna happen. However, the obstacles have been softened a bit. What it would take to persuade humanity to discard all reason and accept an OWG? One of two things:
- A cataclysmic disaster that threatens humanity's existence. Whether the disaster is actual, or a perceived threat makes no difference. Humanity only needs to believe that their existence or way of life is severely threatened.
- A slow conditioning indoctrination (similar to boiling a frog by gradually raising the temperature) that brainwashes humanity to believe that the only way to fix the problem is an OWG.
The political cartoon here by Ben Garrison presents a satyrical view of the situation we are in. He's also detailed out this satyrical view in the text on his website. It's worth reading if you want to know more. The scary part of this is the scenario he presents sounds perfectly plausible.
On a different website, Raymond Ibrahim asks the question about how the U.S. government or any government can go to such extremes to control the COVID-19 virus while not putting the same emphasis on things like tobacco smoking, obesity, and alcohol which kill many more people every year? Ibrahim's point is that while the current lockdown may be necessary, the draconian restrictions and the damage they are inflicting are not consistent with the level of concern for other issues that kill far more people. For tobacco smoking, obesity, and alcohol if you want to partake and kill yourself in the process, that's your right. For COVID-19 you are not allowed to leave your house because the government doesn't want you to get infected and pass the disease to others. Why is there so much more focus on COVID-19 than these other health issues? Honestly, it feels like there's something fishy about all of this.
Tyranny Unleashed?
Next. How are the powers-that-be handling the crisis? Many of them are doing exactly what you would expect during the Beginning of Sorrows. They refuse to "let a crisis go to waste" and they are using every excuse and trick in the book they can find to unconstitutionally claim powers that they do not have. Who thinks they will surrender these powers will be returned to the people when the crisis is over? Almost certainly there will be a neverending list of excuses for why it's not safe to return to the previous normal. Here are a few examples of ongoing power grabs.
Governor Gavin Newsome of California released a six-point proposal for when the state of California will be opened. Kira Davis from the website RedState.com published a list of the six points and added commentary. You can read her post at the link here. She lives in California so she has some good context on the issue. Here's the Governor's 1st point about when it would be safe to open California, along with commentary by Kria.
1. The ability to monitor and protect communities through testing, tracking positive cases, properly isolate and support individuals who are positive and/or exposed to COVID-19.
So, let’s think about this…the state of California has released hardened criminals from prison over coronavirus fears, has declared itself a sanctuary state that refuses to track, report or deport illegal aliens (even those wanted for heinous crimes), has denied law enforcement the ability to arrest vagrants for health violations like open drug use and public defecation (seemingly an important thing to be on top of in these times, no?), won’t allow business owners to clear homeless encampments from their own properties, and now has outlawed independent contracting as of January 1st…but if you’re a law-abiding, taxpaying, peaceful citizen just trying to earn and move about freely you will be monitored, tracked and traced by the state. Not the homeless people. Not the felons they just released into the streets. Not the illegal aliens. You…the taxpayer. You’re the dangerous one.
How about another example. Governor Andy Beshear of Kentucky issued an executive order prohibiting mass gatherings. At a high level, prohibiting mass gatherings was reasonable right now until Governor Beshear specifically prohibited churchgoers from attending Easter services...while sitting in their cars...in the parking lot at their church. Seriously? That's persecution. Maryville Baptist Church in Hillview, Kentucky publicly disagreed with the prohibition and they announced their intentions to go ahead with the church service despite the executive order. About 50 members of the church showed up. They were met by two state troopers who took license plate numbers and told the attendees they needed to self-quarantine for 14 days.
In addition to the state troopers, someone else left a little surprise before everyone arrived. Someone poured a box of nails in the entrance drive to the church to discourage people from attending. Ironic? What happened 2,000 years ago when someone tried to use nails to prevent the preaching of the Good News? It didn't work out the way the authorities planned 2,000 years ago and it won't work now.
When the soldiers came to the place called The Skull they nailed Jesus to a cross. They also nailed the two criminals to crosses, one on each side of Jesus. Luke 23:33 CEV
By the way, the drive-through liquor store is open in the same city as the Maryville Baptist Church. The liquor store is considered "essential".
How about a few more examples:
- In Michigan, Governor Gretchen Whitmer has issued lockdown orders that are so restrictive citizens can't even travel to their summer homes. Many citizens in the state are not happy and some of them are even protesting.
- The Prime Minister of Australia Scott Morrison thinks the solution to flattening the curve a "more extensive surveillance regime." Why is more government always the answer?
- Google Play is now censoring "unapproved sermons".
- Apple and Google are teaming up to launch a coronavirus tracking system on iPhone and Android phones. People will have the ability to be able to "opt-in" and the data is supposed to be confidential. Call me skeptical.
Hyperinflation Coming Soon to a Currency Near You
The stay at home lockdown is devastating the economies of the world. It's simply not possible to keep the economy moving at anywhere close to 100% when so many people are confined to their homes. Most economies "catch a cold" when they are down 1% or 2%. What will the economies be like when they are down 30% - 40% or even more? In short, it will be ugly, unbelievably ugly. In the last month, over 20 million employees have been laid off or furloughed due to the unprecedented economic devastation. The U.S. Government is doing the only thing it can to help citizens and businesses survive the storm, printing and handing out money. Some people refer to it as "helicopter money" because it is like a helicopter flying overhead and just throwing money out the door. The current estimate is the U.S. Government relief funds will total $4 trillion dollars. For reference, the total planned 2019 U.S. Government budget (which started October 1, 2019) was approximately $4.5 trillion dollars.
So how can the government issue $4 trillion in relief funds on a budget of $4.5 trillion? Simple, they do it the old fashion way. They print it. More correctly in these days of electronic currency, creating money is simply a computer entry. They really are creating money out of thin air. It's a new thing called "Modern Monetary Theory" or MMT. The idea behind MMT is that since the government issues the money, they can print (issue) as much as they want. There's no limit. Need an extra $1 trillion? Okay, just print it. There's no downside.
Of course, in reality, there is a downside. It's called inflation. And when the government is issuing currencies in the amounts described, the result will absolutely be hyperinflation. It's the simple law of supply and demand. What happens to the prices of items like bread or milk when there's more money to spend on a fixed supply of goods? The prices go up. Why do prices go up? Prices go up because more total dollars in the system the less each dollar is worth. It's like cutting slices in a pie. If you cut a whole pie into 4 slices, each slice is really big. If you instead cut it into 8 slices, each is much smaller. Simply cutting 8 slices instead of 4 slices did not make the pie bigger. It only made the slices smaller.
If you follow the logic above that this whole mess is a Planndemic and not a Pandemic, then it makes sense that those behind the scenes are really happy about the hyperinflation. Why? Because they want to crash the economies and the currencies of every nation in the world.
And in what way would the people running the Plannedemic benefit by crashing everything? Crashing everything would create the requirement for a global reset, including an OWG, global digital currency, etc. In short, all the necessary scenarios necessary (as prophesized in the Bible) to enable tyranny and worldwise domination by a select few elites.
But there's more...
Mark of the Beast Now in Development
The biggest Tribulation predecessor has to be the work that Bill Gates is doing funding the development of a COVID-19 vaccine combined with and the Microsoft sponsored ID2020 alliance combined with the Covid Credentials Initiative.
Bill Gates is a long time advocate of vaccines. He's even unethically pushed experimental vaccines on various unsuspecting people around the world with oftentimes deadly results. Gates is so insistent that everyone in the world needs a vaccine for COVID-19 that he is currently funding the construction of seven different factories to produce the vaccines. Each factory is being designed to support one of seven different potential vaccines. Once development and testing identify the best candidates vaccines, construction on the factories will be suspended for the plants that were designed for the other vaccines. It's unclear if these other plants will be reconfigured to manufacture the winning vaccines. One would expect that they will if no other reason than the fact that producing 7-Billion of anything requires massive manufacturing capacity. Most important, Bill Gates wants to dominate the COVID-19 vaccine market. Gates acknowledges that he will throw away billions of dollars on the factories that must be reconfigured, but he's willing to do so in order to be first to market.
Gates is so insistent on fulfilling his perceived "destiny" that he's defending the corrupt W.H.O that either purposefully (most likely) incompetently exposed the rest of the world to COVID-19 by hiding the truth behind the virus when there was still time to do something about it. Important side note. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is the largest private contributor to the W.H.O. Surprising? Not really.
What damage has Gates done around the world so far with his vaccines? Plenty. Check out this article from the Children's' Health Defense by Robert F Kennedy Jr., son of the late Attorney General Robert Kennedy who was assassinated in 1968.
Even with all of the above being said, there's still an excellent chance that a vaccine for COVID-19 will not work. This study published by the National Center for Biotechnology Information in 2015 points out the difficulty of creating a vaccine or any other treatment for a coronavirus. At the time of this study, there were no antiviral or vaccine treatments for a coronavirus, despite the fact that considerable effort had gone into creating a vaccine for SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus).
While very few of us (myself included) can understand the deep medical terminology in a document like this study, there is one analogy that almost everyone can relate to. Did you ever hear the phrase:
There's no cure for the common cold.
Well, guess what? The common cold is a mild form of coronavirus. If we can't cure or prevent a common cold, how much harder will it be to cure or prevent something like COVID-19?
We're All in This Together? Maybe Not...
Last thing. In our human, Hollywood, and sports-inspired imaginations it's easy to assume there are only one good team and one evil team in this fight. The truth is far less convenient. The more likely truth is the globalist are all on one evil team together or there are globalists from several evil teams fighting all fighting the one good team, true followers of Jesus Christ,
For example, look at the image to the right. It is an old image that was uncovered by Breaking Israel News. In it, you see Dr. Anthony Fauci, the primary doctor in President Trumps COVID-19 Task Force. Dr. Fauci is the Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. He is also a cohort of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, helping create the Global Vaccine Action Plan in 2010, the Clinton family (with an infatuation for Hillary), and with George Soros.
Who is George Soros? If Soros wasn't so old, he would easily be the leading candidate to be the antichrist during the Tribulation. In addition to his various political and financial exploits, perhaps his worst source of infamy is turning his back on fellow Jewish citizens in Hungary during World War II. Soro's goal is world domination and his strategy is to create chaos in societies around the world, using donations from his non-profit Open Society Foundation. Many of his native Hungarians call him "the devil".
To say that Dr. Fauci has a conflict of interest would be an understatement. He is a cohort of the globalists who want to control the world through chaos, a global reset, forced vaccinations, and implanted Digital IDs. Even assuming President Trump is on the good team (which seems likely), biblical prophecy guarantees he will not be able to stop the oncoming, prophesized events.
In addition, we have leftists who are for stronger and longer quarantines and those on the right who want to eliminate quarantines and completely reopen society right now. What are supposed to believe? Which side is speaking the truth? Possibly neither side.
However, one thing is clear. The dramatic all or nothing approaches to managing COVID-19 on either side are causing anxiety, frustration, and confusion all around. Who is it that loves to cause anxiety, frustration, and confusion? If you guessed Satan, you would be correct.
Here's the Good News. REGARDLESS of what's happening now and where things are going in the future, as Christians we must always remember these two things:
First:
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Ephesians 6:12 KJV
We are not fighting against other humans. We are fighting against the rulers of darkness and we must remember to let those who can defeat darkness do the heavy lifting. It's not about us. It's always about Him.
Second:
The world is not falling to pieces. Instead, all the pieces are falling together exactly the way God knew they would. God's ultimate will cannot be corrupted. God wins in the end and so do we because of Jesus.
